Before you process your first shipment it is important to set the printer margins for each document that you will be printing. It is important to become familiarized with the different document the software generates. By clicking on the links you can see sample documents. It is recommended that you set the browser margins to the minimum allowed and use these settings to make the necessary adjustments.
You can select up to five printers to print your documents. Each shipping paper can be assigned to a different printer or to the same printer.
In the Printers screen select the printers that you will use to print the different shipping papers. If you only have one printer, select it for all the shipping papers.
The Print directly to Printer check box is used if you want to automatically send the shipping paper to the selected printer. If you do not use this option the shipping paper will be displayed in a Preview screen and you must print it using the File > Print option of Internet Explorer.
The Print to PDF will create a PDF of the shipping paper and display it in a preview screen. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
ShipEasy Platinum Web prints two different IATA Shipper's Declaration types. The IATA Laser Blank and the IATA Computerized. Select the one you use.
You can select how many copies to the IATA declaration you want to print.
Use the Margins section to adjust the printout to your specific printer. You must take into account the Internet Explorer margins when setting the Margins in ShipEasy Platinum Web.
