Getting Started

To get started you must first register at ShipEasy Platinum Web to setup an account. If you currently use ShipEasy Platinum and have a current subscription but do not know your account information please email Support to get your account number, username and password. Once you have that information you will be ready to start shipping.

If you do not have a subscription but need to ship a hazmat package via UPS, FedEx, LTL or need an IATA Shipper's declaration you can use our internet PAY PER USE service. ShipEasy Platinum Web will help you prepare the hazmat shipping paper required by your carrier. If you ship using UPS WorldShip version 12.0 or greater, ShipEasy Platinum Web creates the necessary data for complete integration. If you ship using FedEx Ship Manager you will need to contact FedEx technical support for instructions on how to use the FedEx Integration Assistant. If you use a third party vendor please contact their support department or email Support and we will point you in the right direction.
