You must have administrative permissions to your computer to run the programs listed in this section.
To use ShipHazmatOnline successfully you have to change several settings and options in Internet Explorer. We developed a small program that you can download and run that will make the changes for you. Follow the steps below.
1. On the Toolbar click Settings
2. Click the Internet Explorer Setup button
3. Please ignore the warning from Internet Explorer and run the setup program
4. When you see the screen below click OK to automatically close all Internet Explorer Windows.
5. When you see the screen below click OK and open Internet Explorer. Return to ShipHazmatOnline, login and begin creating your packages. If you ship UPS continue to the section below.

Follow the steps below to install the XCE Smart Application to integrate with UPSWorldShip.
1. On the Toolbar click Settings
2. Click the Install sEpw smart application button
You will see the screens below. Click OK when the installation end.
When you create a package and add a proper shipping name to it and click Save you will see the XCE Smart application popup. That is an indication that the UPS database has been updated.
