Once you run the FedEx Ship Manager Integration Assistant the data will be transmitted in REAL-TIME. All you have to do is setup Internet Explorer, see the Internet Explorer section in Setup for instructions and follow these steps to integrate with FedEx Ship Manager. If you need assistance please contact FedEx technical support.
Follow these steps
1. Open FedEx Ship Manager and click on Integration > FedEx Integration
2. At the Welcome> Introduction screen click Continue. 3. At the Welcome> Before You Begin screen click Continue. 4. At the Begin> Create screen select Create a New Profile and click Continue.
5. At the Begin>Integration Type screen select Import click Continue.
6. At the Import> Source screen, click ODBC and select the FedEx_HAZMAT. Click Continue
7. At the Import > Shipping screen select the options that apply to you and click Continue
8. At the Import > Lookup screen select the option that apply to you and click Continue
9. At the Import > Information screen select Special Services
10. Scroll down to the Dangerous Goods section and check all the fields in the section and click OK.
11. 9. At the Import > Match screen you will match the fields in the ShipEasy Platinum Web.FedExData table with the fields in FedEx Ship Manager. The fields names have been kept very similar to make it simple for you to match them. Once you have match all the fields click continue.
12. You do not need to convert any of the field from ShipEasy Platinum Web. Click Continue to see the summary.
13. At the Finish > Instructions screen click Save. Give your profile a meaningful name and click Save again. At the Finish > Integration screen click Finish.
You can now use the profile to integrate the hazmat transactions into FedEx Ship Manager.
