If you have chosen the Print directly to printer option but the shipping paper is not printing directly check your Internet Setup. If you have already performed those steps contact us by submitting a ticket to the Help Desk.

If you see the following screen click Cancel
When you see the following screen click Yes
Click F5 to refresh the page and continue.
