IMPORTANT: ShipEasy Platinum Web is compatible with Internet Explorer 8.0 and above. In this section you will learn how to setup IE to meet the requirements for ShipEasy Platinum Web. You must be logged in as the computer Administrator to change Internet Explorer settings. Once you have made the changes you will be able to login as a standard user.
You can download our Internet Settings application to automatically setup Internet Explorer. Once you run this application you can skip this entire section.
If you choose to manually setup Internet Explorer follow all the steps in this section.
NOTE: You must turn off your Popup Blocker.
Open Internet Explorer
Find the Printer icon and click the down arrow.
Click Page Setup, the Page Setup dialog will open.
Set all the Margins to '0'. IE will automatically default to the smallest margin allowed.
Remove the check mark from "Enable Shrink-to-Fit"
Set all the values for "Header and Footers" to Empty
Click OK
Click Tools-> Compatibility View Settings and add ShipHazmatOnLine.com to the list as shown below
