Please follow these instructions enable the direct to printer functionality. You must have performed the Internet Explorer setup before you can use the Print Directly functionality.
When you create your first package you will be asked to install the Hazmat Software LLC Print Directly component as shown below.
In Internet Explorer you might see a warning like the one below.
Right click over the warning and click "Install This Add-on for All Users on This Computer"
Click Install.
Click "Yes Allow"
Click "Yes Allow"
