Navigating ShipEasy Platinum Web
ShipEasy Platinum Web uses Point-Click-Ship functionality to limit the screens needed to ship a package. It only requires two screen to ship a package. Most of the functionality can be easily access from the Toolbar.
You will navigate ShipEasy Platinum Web using the Toolbar buttons.
The buttons are:
* New (to create a New Package)
* Save (to save changes)
* Print (to print shipping papers and reports)
* Delete (delete a package that has not been manifested)
* History (to view open packages)
* Manifest (to manifest packages sine the last manifest was closed)
* Templates (to edit your package templates)
* Settings (to access software options, printer management, form alignment, carrier accounts, signatures and many other options).
* Help (to access online help).
* Support (to submit a helpdesk ticket to our online support team)
Required Fields
ShipEasy Platinum Web will prompt you when a required field has not been filled in. If you fail to fill out a required field, you will get a warning message that requires you to complete the field before moving on to the next step in your shipping process. When you get a warning, the incomplete field will be highlighted in yellow. When all required fields are completed, you will be able to go to the next step.

You can access help from any screen in ShipEasy Platinum Web by using the button.
