UPS Integration is automatic but if you are not able to see the reference numbers is UPSWorldShip you can check the ODBC Data Source. Click here for instructions.

 

If after you check the ODBC Data Source you are still not able to see the reference numbers check your version of UPSWorldShip, it must be Version 12 Build 20 or higher.

 

If you are still not able to see them you can create a ticket in our support area by clicking the Support link in the upper right hand corner of the Package screen which will take you to the screen to submit your ticket.

 

Issue: XCE Smart Application popup stays open.
